Jericho Coffee Traders ranked 3rd in the Lightning 50
top UK e-commerce rankings

Lot's of celebrating here this month!

Brightpearl's annual Lightning 50, sponsored by Trustpilot, ranks the UK's top e-commerce growers during the past 12 months - and Jericho Coffee Traders made it into the top 3!

Lightning 50 identifies the fastest growing online businesses spanning a wide range of sectors, including Home & Garden, Health and Fitness, and Clothing.

The rankings are based on various factors, such as revenue growth, over the past 12-months. Arguably the most competitive in our trading history as other coffee roasters and coffee retailers shifted to online sales during the pandemic.

We're thrilled by such a fantastic achievement that we owe to our dedicated and enthusiastic team and to you, our loyal customers.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who made this possible!

A massive thanks to my e-commerce mentor Mark Hammersley for enduring my cyber-space zilch, and patiently helping put our site and offer together whilst educating me in all things FB business, google shopping, analytics, hooks, remarketing, etc etc etc

And... more recently to Andy Dawson from Blue Snapper who has tirelessly continued to grow and evolve our offering and communications whilst creating SEO that totally blows my mind!

The Lightning 50 top ten, and the recorded growth are:

  1. Au Vodka - 10170%
  2. Powerhoop - 2960%
  3. Jericho Coffee Traders - 683%
  4. Candy Kittens - 608%
  5. The Sardar Co - 503%
  6. Olivia's - 500%
  7. Maplin - 495%
  8. IndeJuice Limited - 488%
  9. Tradeprices Bathrooms - 423%
  10. CyberJammies - 372%

The full Lightning 50 list can be seen here.

We're continuing to work hard behind the scenes to bring you new coffees from ethically sourced cooperatives from around the globe and to refine our popular coffee subscription service (we recently hit 500 subscribers!). And we're sharing our expertise through our barista coffee school for both enthusiasts and professionals. This has group courses at our Oxford roastery and online lessons in the near future. So, lots for us to be getting one with!

We're aiming for that Lightning 50 top slot next year...

Much love

James, Lizzie and the team
