Jericho Coffee Traders selected as coffee partner for Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons

We're delighted to share some exciting news from our roastery - Jericho Coffee Traders has been selected as the official coffee partner for the world-renowned Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons, the double Michelin-starred restaurant and hotel led by none other than Raymond Blanc OBE.

Le Manoir, nestled in the Oxfordshire countryside, is celebrated for its exceptional gastronomy and unwavering commitment to seasonal, farm-to-table produce. It's a place where detail matters and only the very best produce makes the cut - so we're honoured to be bringing our coffee to the table, quite literally.

This collaboration follows a series of in-depth coffee-tasting sessions with Monsieur Blanc and his team, who ultimately selected one of our standout organic coffees: a beautifully balanced single origin from the Tolima region of Colombia. Expect to see it served in a range of formats at Le Manoir, including espresso, filter, and even pods for guests who want that same level of quality in their rooms.

Working with the passionate and talented hospitality team at Le Manoir is a real privilege - and it's not just our coffee that's getting a moment in the spotlight. It also meant that I could finally dust off my raspberry-coloured trousers and wear them with pride on the launch day!

This is an exciting chapter in our journey, which began with humble beginnings back in 2009 when we started with just our beloved tuk-tuk and a dream! We can't wait for guests at Le Manoir to experience the same amazing coffee that we serve and deliver every day across the UK.*
