This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Jericho Coffee Traders (the “Site”).

SMS Marketing Terms of Service
If you sign up for our SMS marketing service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.
SMS Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive promotional and transactional messages from Jericho Coffee Traders via SMS.
You confirm that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you have the right to incur any charges that may be associated with receiving SMS messages.
SMS Message Frequency
The frequency of SMS messages may vary. You may receive messages about promotions, sales, updates, new products, and other marketing communications.
We will not send more than three messages per month.
SMS Cost and Fees
Standard messaging and data rates may apply to each SMS message sent or received, as specified by your mobile service provider.
Jericho Coffee Traders does not charge you any fees for participating in our SMS marketing program.
SMS Opting Out
You may opt out of the SMS marketing program at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message you receive from us. After sending "STOP," you will receive one final message confirming your unsubscription.

SMS Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will use your mobile number solely to send you SMS messages as described in these terms.
Changes to SMS Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through SMS or via our website.
Your continued participation in our SMS marketing program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

SMS Liability
Jericho Coffee Traders will not be liable for any delays in you receiving SMS messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
By opting in to receive SMS messages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Do not track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
Your rights
If you are a UK resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a UK resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
