Our roasting team absolutely loves this blend. They have a real affection for fruity coffees and began experimenting by mixing some of our top picks.
Together, we crafted this blend, focusing on the flavours we all enjoy, and honestly, we think it's a hit! It's a mix of washed Burundi and natural Ethiopian coffee. If you've had the pleasure of trying our Source or Mwami coffees, you might recognise some similar notes, as this blend is crafted from them.
Interestingly, our assistant roaster at JCT has Transverse Myelitis, a rare neurological condition, which makes his involvement in this creation even more special. We donate 10% of every sale of this coffee to The Transverse Myelitis Society charity.
