What is Brewcrew Rewards?
Its our way of thanking you for being our customer! When you buy our speciality coffee, or take another rewards action, you can earn discounts and other perks.
How do I join Brewcrew Rewards?
Just sign-up! It's FREE to join, and you'll Immediately receive 200 pukekos into your account.
What's with the pukekos?
Pukekos are just like points, but more fun! A pukeko is the striking New Zealand bird on our coffee bags and in our logo - as a nod to the Kiwi heritage of our founder, James.
Why has my loyalty balance increased?
If you've had a previous loyalty balance, we've converted that to the new pukekos; different name, but the same spending power you had before!
How do I earn pukekos?
You will receive pukekos automatically every time you make a purchase, and on your birthday. If you take an action such as sharing on social media, referring a friend, or reviewing our coffee (by invitation), you'll get more pukekos!
How do I redeem my pukekos as a discount?
In your Brewcrew Rewards account, select 'Redeem Pukekos' at the top of the page, then choose how many you want to convert to a discount. Copy the discount code and add it during checkout. You can also do this from the blue 'Brewcrew Rewards' widget that appears across our website.
What are the Brewcrew Rewards tiers?
There are four tiers: 'Discovery', 'Explorer', 'Aficionado', to 'Grand Cru'.
How do I move into a different tier?
As you spend more with us over the year, you'll be placed in a higher tier for even greater rewards, including more pukekos awarded for each purchase you make.
Do my pukekos expire?
Yes, your balance will expire after one year if you haven't made a purchase or taken any earn action during that time.
How does refer a friend work?
You have a unique brewcrew link that you can share your with your friends and family. When they use that link to purchase our coffee, they get 10% off their first order, and you'll receive 500 pukekos into your account (worth £5)
