Our coffee subscriptions

What makes your coffee subscription different from others?

We think quite a few things set our coffee subscriptions ahead of the the pack!

Freshness. Every coffee in our subscription range is roasted to order at our UK Oxford roastery, so your coffee is always delivered fresh.

Quality. Our head roaster (affectionately known as 'Stretch') only selects coffees that score 80 or above on the SCA cupping scale. That puts them in the speciality category - a standard some subscription services don't offer.

Flexibility. There are no lock-ins: you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription any time directly from your online account dashboard.

We reward your loyalty with Brewcrew Rewards. With every subscription order, members receive 'Pukekos' which can be redeemed as discounts and applied to their next order. Brewcrew Rewards is FREE to join.

Ethical and sustainable. We work with the farmers and cooperatives who grow our coffee, which means full traceability and fair terms for the people at the start of the coffee supply chain.

We give back. Many of our coffees are created in partnership with charities, and we donate 10% of those sales to those causes.

What is BREWCLUB20?

BREWCLUB20 is our introductory discount for all new coffee subscribers. Add that code during checkout on your initial subscription order. You will then enjoy a 20% discount on your first THREE subscription orders. You'll then receive 5% off each subsequent order and always free shipping!

Do you roast your coffee beans?

Yes! All our coffee is micro-roasted from green beans by us at our Oxford roastery. For each of our coffees, you have the option of purchasing the roasted beans or one of our many grind types.

Can I buy a coffee subscription as a gift?

Yes - we have pre-paid coffee subscriptions that are the perfect gift for any coffee lover!

We have our Surprise Package gift subscription so the coffee they receive could be any of our current speciality coffees. Of course, we'll throw in our limited-run coffees too! We also have a Seasonal Decaf gift subscription.

Simply select the gift coffee, the total number of deliveries, and the delivery frequency and we'll do the rest. We'll even pay for delivery!

What's the difference between a 'subscribe & save' coffee subscription and a 'prepaid' gift subscription?

A 'subscribe & save' coffee subscription continues until you pause or cancel.

When you start your subscription, you get 20% off your first three orders (use code BREWCLUB20 during checkout) and you'll save 5% on every order after that. You are automatically charged at the time of each delivery.

A 'prepaid' gift subscription is a one-off, upfront payment that saves you 5% on each delivery. The amount you pay when you place your order is based on your chosen delivery frequency and the total number of deliveries.

You receive FREE delivery with both types of subscriptions.

What is Brewcrew Rewards?

It's our way of thanking you for being our customer! When you buy our speciality coffee, or take another rewards action, you can earn discounts and other perks. For more information and to join (it's free) , see Brewcrew Rewards.

Can I apply a Brewcrew Rewards discount to my coffee subscription?

Yes, but if you already have a discount code applied, your rewards discount will replace it. To add a discount to your subscription, login to your subscription account and under the 'Discounts' tab, add your code.

You can choose any of the subscription coffees on this page.

How do I get 20% off my first three subscription orders?

You will need to add the code BREWCLUB20 during checkout on your initial subscription order. That code will apply a 20% discount to your first three subscription orders. You'll then receive 5% off each subsequent order and always enjoy free shipping!

Is my 5% recurring discount applied automatically from my 4th delivery?

Yes, you do not need to do anything. After you've applied the BREWCLUB20 discount code to your initial subscription order, all recurring orders after your 3rd order will be automatically discounted by 5%.

Why are some coffees on your website only available as a single purchase and not as a subscription?

If you see a coffee that does not have a subscription option it's because it is a limited, short-run coffee. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee those coffees will always be available.

Is there a minimum length of a coffee subscription?

No, there isn't a minimum length! We'd love for you to continue receiving our coffees, but you are under no obligation to continue with a subscription.

Can I order a subscription coffee as a one-off order?

Of course. However, our subscription pricing won't be applied and you'll pay full price. There will also be a shipping charge if your order is under £20 (our subscription customers always get FREE shipping).

Subscription deliveries

What is the cost of delivery?

We do not charge UK delivery for coffee subscription orders or single orders over £20

When does my coffee ship?

We'll ship your coffee within 24 hours of starting your subscription. Your orders after this will ship within 24 hours of each subsequent order date based on your chosen frequency. For example, if you have chosen a monthly shipment, we'll ship every 4-weeks from the date you started your subscription with us.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all our coffees from our Oxford UK Roastery.

If I choose a monthly subscription frequency, will my coffee arrive in the first week of each month?

No. Your delivery frequency is tied to the date you subscribed. So, if you subscribe on the 15th of the month, we'll ship your first order within 24 hours. Your next shipment will be on or near the 15th of the following month, and so on.

How will my subscription coffee be delivered?

Your subscription coffee will be shipped free of charge via Royal Mail. We use recyclable packaging, and if you have an eligible Oxford postcode, we may deliver via electric cargo bike.

Managing your subscription

How do I manage my coffee subscription?

Log in to your online subscription
account.
There you can swap coffees, update order and delivery details,
update your payment method, and skip a delibery, pause or cancel your subscription.

Can I change the coffee in my subscription?

Yes, no problem! You can add coffees to your subscription or swap coffees for others that you'd like to try. This can be done from your online subscription account.

Can I change the delivery frequency once my subscription has started?

Absolutely! You have complete control over how much coffee you order and how often we ship it. You can make these changes from your online subscription account.

How can I pause or cancel my coffee subscription?

You do not need to call us to pause or cancel your subscription. You can easily do this anytime from your online subscription account. You're always in control!

If I have too much coffee, can I skip a subscripton delivery?

Yes! You can review your upcoming orders in your online subscription account and then choose to skip one or more of them.

I'm going on holiday. Do I need to inform you about pausing my subscription?

No, we don't need to know! You can skip specific deliveries or pause your subscription from your online subscription account. and re-start it on your return. Have a great holiday!
