JCT raises over £2.5k for charity!

A while ago we added a 'customer giving' option for purchases of our charity coffees. That change meant that you can choose to add to the charitable donations we make (10% of sales)  with gifts of your own during checkout.

And together, we are making a difference!

We are thrilled to announce that we (and you) have raised over £2,500 from the sales of our charity coffees!

Our coffees and the charity's benefiting from our collective donations include:

  • Fountain of Youth. A delicious blend of naturally-processed beans from Brazil and Ethiopia  to help support Oxfordshire Youth deliver vital youth services across Oxfordshire.
  • Slava Ukraini. A blend we put together to raise money for British Ukrainian Aid.
  • Self Care blend. Working with Hans from Capp N Chino and donating to the Oxford-based Restore charity.
  • Project Waterfall. A washed Ethiopian coffee raising money to bring clean water to coffee-growing African communities (and many other things) through the charity Project Waterfall.
  • Mindful Miles Blend. A natural, washed blend from Ethiopia and Colombia raising funds for the mental health charity, Oxfordshire Mind.
  • Guru Blend. Hailing from Burundi and Ethiopia, this coffee is a natural, washed blend with donations to The Transverse Myelitis Society, a charity supporting sufferers of this a neurological disorder.

Our thanks to you, and all our customers, who have purchased a charity coffee and to our technology partner, Virtue, for the geeky stuff that allows these donations to happen seamlessly!

Thank you, and much love and appreciation for your support!
